Store and products
BurrOH Supply sells made-to-order apparel and related products. We work to display product colors, artwork, descriptions, pricing, and availability accurately, but screen settings and production processes can cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order when necessary.

Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable amounts are shown or calculated at checkout where available. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Order changes or cancellations are possible only before production begins and are not guaranteed. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are part of these terms and explain made-to-order fulfillment, delivery, claims, and refund eligibility.

Acceptable use
You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with site security or operation; submit malicious code; scrape or misuse customer or store data; impersonate another person; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Intellectual property
The BurrOH name, logos, artwork, photographs, product designs, copy, and site content are owned by or licensed to BurrOH Supply and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

Third-party services
Shopify hosts our store and processes parts of the shopping and checkout experience. Fulfillment, payment, shipping, analytics, and other services may be provided by third parties subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Purchases from this store are transactions with BurrOH Supply, not Shopify.

Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. BurrOH Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The laws applicable where BurrOH Supply is established govern these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
