Shipping policy

BurrOH products are made to order. Most items take approximately 2–5 business days to produce before they ship. Production time is separate from transit time.

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Transit time depends on the destination and shipping method, and all delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking information is emailed after an order ships. Multi-item orders may be produced at different facilities and can arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, a reshipping charge may apply.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country unless checkout specifically states that those charges are prepaid. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
